| By Craig from PSL, FL on December 18, 2009 | I would recommend this item to a friend. Comments:I bought a Krusell pouch some years back - now YEARS back. I was getting out of my car one day when the pouch got caught up on the door frame, and popped off the clip.
I no longer had a receipt from the place I purchased it from. I e-mail Krusell direct to their overseas office. They asked me for a picture of my case, I e-mailed that to them. In one week I received a brand new case, no other questions, and no cost. This is an all leather product, made totally with quality in mind - and the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with.
Pros:Leather, quality craftsmanship, customer service.Cons:I really can't see any cons - the clip is secure, and there are leather belt loops as well - so NO CONS! |

After receiving it in the mail, I quickly discovered it's sheer mass! This thing is rather large, and on anyone other than a defensive lineman it looks like a purse strapped to my belt. That combined with the flap being entirely too stiff, rendering one-handed operation useless, this product now sits at home and will never be used again. Unfortunately, I cannot return it because I've had it longer than the required return period (I learned this by trying to exchange it for another product), and was forced to purchase another product, also from your company. Fortunately, this one is even more than I hoped for and I am currently enjoying not knowing it is on my belt as I type this! I would still like to return the first case as it is in perfect condition and I have a hard time knowing that a $30 phone case is sitting on a shelf that will never be used. I am also in counseling because of all the greif my colleagues gave me for owning such a monstrosity, and actually having the nerve to wear it! Only kidding, but dang that case is big! |
