We had other mid price speakers, and these LG MSP-100 are exceedingly better. Not tingy sounding, but full sounding as possible for the size.
Pros:
Plenty of quality adapters to go with ANYTHING from phone, mp3, laptop....

Great sound for the size. Very compact for travel. Don't expect much base, but the sound is clear and louder than expected.
Pros:
Very small size.
Cons:
No base, but that is not possible in something this small.

I was in search of a small set of speakers that I could easily store in my backpack for some multi-day backcountry trips. The size is perfect and they have a great sound for as small as they are (granted you're not going to get a lot of low end, but no one should expect that!). Bottom line: Great price, great size, great sound...and they had em to my door in 3 days with free shipping!
