the product was good at first and it still has its ups, but on the down side, it will expand and the phone will begin falling out. that was the whole reason the i got the new case in the first place, so the phone would be more secure, but on the good side, i dont have to take the phone out of the case to answer it or make a phone call, thats a very good side. but i still wan something else with better phone protection. but i still like this case better than the case that i paid 20.00 for from verizon.
