Simon, and I bought three phone from your Verison company and one of the case that I bought for the XT875 phone, with the pertection case that clips on the belt and wear on your side, has broken within two different places and I went back into the store on broad St. here in Sumter SC to get a free replacement for that phone and they said that they did not have one in stock and they also said that they don't carrie that phone any more, So they sent me to the verison store in the Mall here in Sumter SC. They said that they had six(6) on stock and it would had to be order I than asked them do I have to pay for it again and they said no and when it get in it will be free, I said thank you and I left. I went back when then told me to come back and it wasn,t in, so I was told to come back another day and when I went back on that date it still wasn't in at that time a gentlmen call a man in Columbia SC off of Garner Ferry Rd, by the name of Reggie and it was told to me that he had it and would been here this weekend pass. So I went to pick it up Sunday Like I was told and Mr. Reggie told me me that I had to pay him $30.00 for it cause it came from his store in Columbia and I told him it was suppose to be free and he wouldn't give it to me. So I didn't argue with him because I know I was told by three people in the mall that I was getting it free.
