MOT-V600 FULL HOUSING INSTALLATION
1. Remove the back cover, battery , antenna and 4 screws from Motorola V600. cover.
2. Remove the mid back cover,it is cliped on.
3 .Disconnect LCD connector from the PC board for Motorola V600.
4. Remove the PC board.
5. Remove the rings from mid front cover for later user-Motorola V600.
6. Remove the flip (LCD).
7. Remove both end for flip. save them for Motorola V600 reinstallation.
8. Remove the front BEZAL by press down the lower clip.

9.1 Carefully open both sides-Motorola V600 face plate installation.
9.2 Hold the flashing part down and remove BEZAL completely.
10.1 Remove the metal cover-Motorola V600 face plate installation.
10.2 Open the metal cover little bit disconnect the wire from flip.
11. Remove the soft pad ,LCD frame and LCD from Motorola V600.
12. Remove the ear speaker ,metal band and all other small parts for reinstall.
13. Complete disassemble from Motorola V600.
14. Prepare for reinstall with valor full housing .
15. Apply the soft pad to the inside front LEN-Motorola V600 face plate installation.
16. Reinstall all the small parts that removed on step 12.
17. Install LCD and metal frame - Motorola V600.
18. Connect wire to LCD and install metal cover.
19. Install front BEZAL and faceplate - Motorola V600.
20. Install flip ends.
21. Attach mid front cover (keypad frame).
22. Install rings that were removed on step 5.
23. Install keypad onto Motorola V600
24. Install PC board and side keys.
25. Install mid back cover ,make sure the side keys are properly installed-Motorola V600.
26. Apply all screws ,antenna,battery and back cover-Motorola V600.
27. Motorola V600 face plate installation complete.


Motorola V600 Full Housing Faceplate Installation
