The charger is an all around great product with only one flaw, the battery packs don't hold a long enough charge. I would say they last roughly 6-7 hours (in use). Besides that, the charger itself is slick and small; which allows for it to be put virtually anywhere. The light indicators are a plus, allowing for easy determination on whether the controllers are charged or not. Easy to use and it looks great.
