-What does your order status mean? Here is an explanation!
SHIPPED Status: Your order has shipped with the shipping method that you requested. Please check the delivery times chart to check how many days your order will take. Please note that if you ordered more than $50.00, your order is automatically upgraded to USPS Priority and if you ordered more than $100.00, your order is automatically upgraded to UPS Ground.
WAREHOUSE: Your order is "WAREHOUSE" which means that it will ship shortly after WAREHOUSE checks your order for any faults. If you'd like detailed explanation, you may contact us at 1-866-433-5793 or via LIVE CHAT!
REVIEW/ON HOLD: Your order is in "REVIEW" which usually means that there is a typo on your billing information or an incorrect address that is holding up your order. Due to security reasons, we do not accept e-mail replies for "REVIEW" section, however, you may call us at 1-866-433-5793 and ask for the "REVIEW" department or
"AVS" department.
CLEARING: Your order is pending credit card approval. If your order is in CLEARING STATUS, please call us or contact us via LIVE CHAT! and ask for the
AVS/CREDIT CARD department.
CANCELLED: Your order has been cancelled. This is either due to your request or due to fraudulent warning given by the credit card company.
PENDING: Your order will be shipped in the next batch, pending credit card approval.
BACKORDERED: Your order is in BACKORDER, which means that your order will be held until the backordered items
are in stock. In most cases, back orders are caused by miscount or is filled within 2 days. If you ordered via NEXT DAY AIR, you may want to call us at
