The quality of this headset is amazing! Definitely not what I expected for under $10. This is definitely a high quality headset. My users indicated that it is very comfortable and the clarity I hear from the microphone rates a 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10!

Pros:
Clarity of the microphone. Comfortable for the user. Cushioning around the ear is excellent!
