It works well but not for my iPhone 3GS

This is an amazing device. I bought 3: one for home, one for car, and one for work. The nice thing about it is that since you use your car charger, you don't need to keep changing chargers every time you get a new phone. It's easy to handle and actually does charge your phone! I only gave it 4 stars because I just had a power outage and it didn't charge my iPhone. I was a little disappointed but providentially I didn't need it. Of course it could have been my charger but the charger does work in the car.

Cons:
Didn't work on my iPhone.

An epic story

Here's what happened, i was driving in needles california around 11:00pm when my car tires got busted. I was stranded, had my cell phone and took it out. Guess what, it died too. i didn't have a charger. luckily my friend who was driving w/ me carried this skytouch wind-up flashlight cell phone charger in his bag. his cell phone was also out of power. wow, who would've known this trip was gonna be this devastating. anyways, i hav to say, this emergency charger saved us. we were no where in site of a call box, it was past midnight, and after recharging, we were able to get Triple AAA over. This Skytouch device, is just simply God's gift.
