I was notified that one of the items I purchased was sold out. I called Customer Service to adjust my order and the rep was so friendly! I wish I had asked for her name. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I don't think I have experienced this level of "service" from any company lately!

Ordered a replacement battery for my wife's Blackberry Torch 9800.
Arrived quickly & swapped it in easily for the factory-installed one.
Unfortunately, was unable to get the battery to hold a charge for more than a couple hours -- no better than the existing battery!

So, I contacted Accessory Geeks and after a couple quick emails, they immediately sent me a replacement for free, assuming the battery to be at fault. It too arrived quickly, but regrettably did not provide much more than a few hours' charge either.

As it's unlikely that BOTH batteries were faulty, I have to conclude that her Blackberry is the source of the problem and will be attempting to get it serviced by RIM.

Thanks, Accessory Geeks, for providing me a free replacement (even if ultimately the fault was not theirs).
Will DEFINITELY purchase from this vendor again.

I ordered a rubberized plastic case for my Droid X. When I received it, it was missing a cutout for the camera button. I carved out the plastic so that it would work with my phone, but Jennifer at Customer Service offered to send me a replacement at no cost. "Sure!" I said. The replacement also turned out to be missing the cutout, apparently a manufacturing mistake, so Jennifer refunded my original cost. Props to Jennifer and AccessoryGeeks Customer Service! They really tried hard to fix the problem and would have if they could.
