Great products, super prices, very very fast delivery. I bought a cell phone battery for my BlackBerry Storm on 12/20/08 and I promptly received it on 12/23/08. Professionals to deal with, I called in for customer service if I could purchase something else with my order, a blackberry bold case, over the phone. I have not experience this type of customer service in an online shopping environment. I would recommend them to anyone for cell phone accessories. M. Mayhue

I had a cellphone case from Accessory Geeks, I broke it and could not remember
who I ordered it from. The damage was my fault. The cellphoneshop's web
page looked familiar so I ordered it from them. It came with missing pieces and
the face plate did not fit. The Customer Service offered a refund for a return and
PAYING SHIPPING ON THE RETURN. Double shipping for a defective product. I
found the invoice where I had ordered the original from Accessorygeeks(AGs)
I ordered from them and got everything promptly in perfect condition with
free shipping. The case fit perfectly and is twice as sturdy. Always keep invoices
so you remember to deal with a great erchant again. I give AGs a 5 and

I will absolutely do business with this company again! Ordering process
was simple, free delivery, and communication letting me know via e-mail
where my item was at every step was exceptional. They wasted no time in
shipping it out to me.There was a small glitch when I first received my
package, as one of the parts was the wrong item (didn't match my order
or the invoice. However, when I called the company, I received the very
best customer service I've ever received from any company. I had barely
finished explaining the mix-up before the company rep on the other end
VOLUNTARILY (without my even suggesting it) told me a replacement piece
would be shipped out immediately--along with a return shipping tag. The
entire RMA process took less than 2 minutes.Part arrived, precisely as
promised, and it was exactly what I had expected it to be.So...glitch

A couple of days after the purchase, I went online to see if it had
been shipped. Imagine my surprise to find it was already delivered.
Also, I purchased a cell phone case that comes with a number of
different mounts/belt clip. Most sellers privide no clips or the fixed
(least expensive) clip. AccessoryGeeks included the more expensive
rotating belt clip, that I actually use. (That's why I rated the Price
as Excellent.) As everything was just perfect, I didn't need to contact

Overall my experience with getting cell phone accessories from
Accessory Geeks is a good one. I do think it would be a good idea if
they posted pics of the all merchandise with front and back views. They
have very competitive pricing and they ship for free--can't beat that

placing my order, I received an email saying the item (waterproof
camera case) was back-ordered and delivery would be delayed a
day or two. I explained that I needed the case by the next weekend for
a trip. The customer service rep upgraded my shipping to priority at no
