I get a very weak signal in one room of the house. With my cell phone in test mode, the best signal rating I could get was -89; most of the house is around -105. I tried this product out and found that even after achieving the required antenna/transmitter separation it still wouldn't necessarily work. Finally I was able to position the components which allowed it to work and found it did boost the signal, but only if you hovered no more than 2 feet over the transmitter. Still looking for a "real" solution, and am willing to pay for it (I would save $100/month and get faster service if I could switch from satellite to cell phone internet).
