Its a welcome change in the world today to find great customer service as I experienced today with Ana Le from Accessory Geeks. I was shipped a wrong case for my Iphone 4s, she was so helpful in getting it corrected asap. She went, what I believe, over and above what she needed to do for me. Just want you to know that Ana Le deserves a KUDOS. Too many times people complain when things don't go right and not enough times when things go perfect or at least have employees that go above and beyond.
I purchased a Living Social deal today, but realized I purchased for S4 and not S3. I used the online chat and received Ana as my chat rep. She made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process from beginning to end. Let me stay on chat with her until she saw my order come through to confirm she changed it from S4 to S3 with the color I chose. If I hadn't had someone like her on the chat, I would have most likely passed on this deal. She made me feel comfortable doing business with Accessory Geeks. I know this deal was only $10, but now I will be looking at your website for other products and will be sharing with friends and family as well.

You were so helpful to provide me with information to choose the correct cel phone case, then pointing out that there was a sale on the item that would benefit me, and in addition, holding on to the order for two days to make sure that it would arrive when I returned home from my trip, instead of sooner.
On top of this,when I received the wrong information from another representative leading me to believe that the item had been shipped too early, you emailed me personally,with details, including the date of shipping, which was what we had discussed, and the tracking number.

Just wanted to thank you for, great pricing and super fast shipping!! I got my Trident Kraken iPad 2 case today and it's perfect.
Also, happy that I was able to purchase it via Ebates and get 9% cash back!
Ordered a replacement battery for my wife's Blackberry Torch 9800.
Arrived quickly & swapped it in easily for the factory-installed one.
Unfortunately, was unable to get the battery to hold a charge for more than a couple hours -- no better than the existing battery!
So, I contacted Accessory Geeks and after a couple quick emails, they immediately sent me a replacement for free, assuming the battery to be at fault. It too arrived quickly, but regrettably did not provide much more than a few hours' charge either.
As it's unlikely that BOTH batteries were faulty, I have to conclude that her Blackberry is the source of the problem and will be attempting to get it serviced by RIM.
Thanks, Accessory Geeks, for providing me a free replacement (even if ultimately the fault was not theirs).

I ordered a rubberized plastic case for my Droid X. When I received it, it was missing a cutout for the camera button. I carved out the plastic so that it would work with my phone, but Jennifer at Customer Service offered to send me a replacement at no cost. "Sure!" I said. The replacement also turned out to be missing the cutout, apparently a manufacturing mistake, so Jennifer refunded my original cost. Props to Jennifer and AccessoryGeeks Customer Service! They really tried hard to fix the problem and would have if they could.
A very big thank you! Excellent customer service. I will order from Accessory Geeks in the future.
